VISUESA is an educational platform designed to help users learn Spanish verbs through visual learning, interactive practice, and personalized training. The Service includes:
- Access to a library of Spanish verbs with visual representations
- Interactive learning modes and practice exercises
- Progress tracking and personalized recommendations
- Cross-device synchronization
- Multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
4.2 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing
5.1 Subscription Tiers
VISUESA offers the following subscription plans:
- Basic Plan (Free): Access to 30 Spanish verbs with all conjugation forms and practice modes.
- Standard Plan (€9/month): Access to 100 most-used Spanish verbs, smart recommendations, spaced repetition, and cross-device sync.
- Premium Plan (€39/month): Full library of 500+ Spanish verbs, all practice formats, leaderboard access, and priority updates.
5.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) as required by Spanish and EU law.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
5.3 Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will charge your payment method on file on the first day of each billing period. If payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent billing periods. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
6. Free Trial (If Applicable)
We may offer free trials for paid subscription plans. Free trial eligibility is determined by us at our sole discretion. You may be required to provide payment information to access a free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan.
We reserve the right to limit free trial availability and to revoke free trial access if we determine it is being abused.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@visuesa.es. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period for which you have paid.
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
7.2 Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies only to your first subscription purchase, not to renewals.
- Technical Issues: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund for the downtime period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to an error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
To request a refund, contact us at info@visuesa.es with your account information and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
7.3 Cancellation by VISUESA
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Abuse of the Service or other users
If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.
8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We do not warrant that:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

- We may delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
- You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid (except as provided in Section 7)
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law)

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Consumer Rights (EU/Spain)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or Spain, you have certain rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by these Terms:
17.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to withdraw from your subscription purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to info@visuesa.es.
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
Exception: If you have requested to begin using the Service during the withdrawal period and you have fully consumed the Service, you may lose your right to withdraw.
17.2 Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, digital content and services must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the Service does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a remedy, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VISUESA regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
18.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
18.5 Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
18.6 Language
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
